The Searl Effect
The Searl Effect was discovered by John Roy Robert Searl in 1946.
Put simply, it is a method of extracting clean and sustainable energy.
The Searl Effect is by definition the conversion of random quantum fluctuations and quantum kinetic energy into coherent currents of electron pairs formed between two dimensional boundaries of material layers in a changing Hall Effect field resulting in temperature decreases inversely proportional to the currents. This quantum process enables said device with the capacity to function both as a prime mover and more so as a generator.
Incidental effects include a halo of negative ionization of the surrounding air, cooling temperatures and a profound gravitational anomaly under specific conditions.
The SEG consists of three large ring shaped stators with uniquely patterned magnetic fields that generates continual motion of similarity magnetized cylindrically shaped rotors. These segmented rotors ride about one millimeter above and around the surface of the stators that generate high potential differences.
The SEG's expenditure of energy is analogous to a hydroelectric dam; in as the energy cycle is driven directly or indirectly by our sun’s energy without violating known thermodynamic laws. A dam builds up potential and kinetic energy by way of the H2O molecule that forms rain after achieving a higher energy level in the air state, where as the SEG functions by netting in the electron’s energy by electron pair formation after the electrons have achieved a higher energy level through the air as well, yet both ways gather ambient sources of energy that can be processed and made useful for electrical applications.
The external flow of electrons through the local environment allows the reduced quantum energy levels of the electrons to be regained after being drawn out at high velocity by the SEG. Energy is all pervasive at the quantum level, most notably with respect to the electrons and we all feel it as ambient temperature which is just another source of energy in a random state that is utilized by this device. The SEG is a converter of such random energy states into a uniform state, doing so results in electrical currents and high voltage potentials with the formation of tunneling electron pairs, otherwise known as cooper pairs.
This describes an all-pervading, unlimited and constant source of energy which can be made to flow when the correctly proportioned masses concerned are stimulated by the correct frequencies, therefore creating an energy cycle of an "open system".
A machine constructed to these principles can produce a stable and useful power output of approximately 200 watts per kilogram of the generator’s mass.
The idea of utilizing unlimited sources of energy is the subject of various devices and experiments, most of which prove the existence of the energy but not a method to create a coherent and ordered flow to produce useful power.
In contrast, John Searl has discovered that in order to create a steady and stable flow, all the masses of the device (and the stimulating frequencies) must conform to precise values which are determined by his matrix called "Law of the Squares".
