Join us as member of the Searl Solution with a contribution of $50 or more which makes you a part of the effort. As a
member, you are privileged with the option to own preferred shares of the company; tasked and authorized to redevelop the SEG by Prof. John Searl.
The Searl Team has made significant progress over the last few years with a growing number of members. We have recently gained a base of operations in Southern
California with a commercial R&D site, but your support is critical at this stage to see it through 2011.
While sales of books and DVDs by independent entities helps to inform and raise awareness about this technology, it does not fund current SEG redevelopment efforts. It is grass roots contributions here that directly supports SEG R&D activities.
All contributions here goes towards supporting Prof. John Searl's organization tasked in redeveloping the SEG technology; especially with the unique magnetization process required to achieve the Searl Effect.
Only members are eligible to be shareholders, as such be party to open house days at our company facilities, be among the first to own an SEG after we go into production and generally be a part of the Searl Team organization.
As a member shareholder of our group, you get the right to vote within the company that will pay dividends and or bonuses based on future profits and it creates opportunities for both members and shareholders.
Individual member contributions that add up over time to the par value of a share, will be credited with a preferred share.
The future with the Searl Effect Technology is determined by what we all do now and your support here can help us with the task of taking it to the market where it can benefit everyone economically; especially for our members.
